The interior of the Vågan church near Svolvær in Lofoten, North-Norway. The church, built in 1898 in a Neo-Gothic style is the biggest-church north of Trondheim with about 1200 sitting places. It was purposefully built big because of the numerous outside fishermen who used the region during the winter-fisheries.
