Bosc d’Anjou has added a photo to the pool:

Designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta. The walls, floor and balcony fronts are of oak.

In May 2015, it was announced that the Norwegian Opera’s General Director – a bean counter from the schmatta trade (Moods of Norway) appointed in 2014 under the new right-wing government – had decided not to renew the contract of the Opera Director, Per Boye Hansen. Terrible news! Hansen, who had been filling seats in the opera house with high quality and popular performances, is expected to serve until the end of his contract in 2017, but as a lame-duck director – with diminished authority and barred from drawing up plans for seasons beyond his tenure.

The only consolation (while waiting for new elections in 2017) is that this jewel of a building will continue to impress and inspire and be worth visiting, even if the only performances given there would be reruns of the European Song Contest.
